April 5th. was our first day of business
A soft opening to start with, to help us iron out the kinks with the new business. New cash till to figure out, debit and credit machines to learn, new product catalogs to get used to, and of course the new staff to train on the many recipes!
That didn’t stop the business, we had a busy and patient collection of new customers popping by, either out of curiosity, or because they were waiting! Orders for Easter are already starting to build up!
